Angeles Equity Partners-backed Acieta, a company specializing in the integration of industrial robotics systems, completed the acquisition of Capital Industries, a full service commercial mechanical and plumbing contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Capital is highly regarded for its deep technical expertise in robotics automation systems integration.
