Recoletas Salud to acquire Reprocantabria.

Recoletas Salud, a healthcare conglomerate with a presence at a national level, agreed to acquire Reprocantabria, a company dedicated to providing gynecology services at the Mompía Hospital in Santander. Financial terms were not disclosed.
