Duration Capital Partners-backed Rand Logistics completed the acquisition of Andrie from Auxo Investment Partners.

Duration Capital Partners-backed Rand Logistics, a provider of bulk freight shipping, completed the acquisition of Andrie, a marine transporter of liquid bulk commodity goods, from Auxo Investment Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
