Argonaut Private Equity completed the investment in Layco Electric Innovations.

Argonaut Private Equity, a diversified private equity fund, completed the investment in Layco Electric Innovations, a provider of electric motor manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Argonaut is excited to partner with Layco Electric Innovations to help accelerate their growth by providing expertise around operational efficiency and by bringing a structured approach to rapid growth in an expanding industry,” Steve Mitchell, Argonaut CEO and Managing Director.
