Stephen Lord completed the acquisition of Neuweg Fertigung from NSK.

Stephen Lord, a British Investor, completed the acquisition of Neuweg Fertigung, a producer of ball bearings, from NSK, a manufacturer of bearings. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our aim is to build on the strong foundation of NSK and utilise the heritage and technical excellence of the Munderkingen plant to expand our global reach," Stephen Lord, Neuweg Fertigung new CEO.
