Stonepeak and CoreSite to form a joint venture.

Stonepeak, a North America focused private equity firm, and CoreSite, a company owning carrier-neutral data centers and providing colocation and peering services, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to continue our partnership with Stonepeak in our U.S. data center platform, with the formation of a new joint venture to construct a new data center in the growing Denver market.
