SMBC, an investment firm, led a $20.5m Series D round in Vayana, a provider of digital access to low-cost financing to suppliers and small enterprises in the automotive, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and manufacturing industries, with participation from Incubate Fund and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking.
