Consolidated Press-backed Patrick Rodden and Jonathon Pearce completed the acquisition of Everest Ice Cream, a supplier of ice cream, gelato, and frozen desserts, from Allegro Funds, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re confident the consortium’s backing and strong food services and manufacturing expertise will propel Everest’s next phase of growth,” Allegro statement.
