Aehr Test Systems completed the acquisition of Incal Technology for $21m.

Aehr Test Systems, a company that provides products and services for testing and packaging of integrated circuits and other electronic components, completed the acquisition of Incal Technology, a manufacturing company, for $21m. “We are very pleased to have closed this acquisition so quickly and seamlessly and to have received such positive feedback on this combination from customers, vendors, shareholders and employees from both companies.
