ITT completed the acquisition of kSARIA from Behrman Capital for $475m.

ITT, a manufacturer of highly engineered critical components and customized technology solutions, completed the acquisition of kSARIA, a producer and supplier of mission-critical connectivity solutions, from Behrman Capital, a private equity investment firm, for $475m. "Behrman Capital has been an excellent partner to the kSARIA team,.
