Cousins Properties and Town Lane completed the acquisition of Proscenium.

Cousins Properties, a real estate investment trust, and Town Lane, a real estate investment manager, completed the acquisition of Proscenium, a 526k square foot Class A office building. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We believe in well-located, high-quality office assets in growing submarkets like Midtown Atlanta, which can be acquired at a basis that allows us to invest in and attract great tenants.
