Blackstone and Rivean Capital-backed Enstall, a rooftop solar mounting solutions provider, agreed to acquire Schletter Group, a solar mounting systems provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “On behalf of the Enstall team, I would like to welcome all Schletter employees to the Enstall family.
