Piping Rock Health Products, a manufacturer of healthcare products and supplements, agreed to acquire the Better Health Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements business of The Clorox Company, a manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Better Health VMS business will do well under the leadership of Piping Rock, as they have built a strong pure-play business in a category that is poised for growth.
