Hartree Partners to acquire three business units from ED&F Man.

Hartree Partners, a global energy and commodities trading company, agreed to acquire three business units from ED&F Man, a provider of soft commodities and logistics. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This agreement marks the exciting first step in the expansion of Hartree’s global commodities platform into soft commodities.
