Orlando Health to acquire a 70% stake in Brookwood Baptist Health from Tenet Healthcare for $910m.

Orlando Health, a healthcare company, agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Brookwood Baptist Health, a hospital network operator, from Tenet Healthcare, a diversified healthcare services company, for $910m. “We are honored to further Brookwood Baptist Health’s mission of extending the healing ministry of Christ.
