Owner Resource Group-backed Standard Iron completed the acquisition of Helgesen Industries.

Owner Resource Group-backed Standard Iron, a provider of custom metal fabrication solutions to OEMs and contractors, completed the acquisition of Helgesen Industries, a custom hydraulic reservoir manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to join the Standard Iron organization.
