Polymatech Electronics completed the acquisition of Nisene Technology Group.

Polymatech Electronics, India's first semiconductor chip maker, completed the acquisition of Nisene Technology Group, a provider of automated integrated cirucit decapsulation systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With 50 years of experience and expertise in the semiconductor industry, Nisene has witnessed all developments from scratch. Now part of Polymatech, together we will create the next generation of semiconductors that are not only better but capable of more," Eswara Rao Nandam, Polymatech Electronics CEO.
