Energy Distribution Partners completed the acquisition of Green Propane.

Energy Distribution Partners, a provider of propane distribution services, completed the acquisition of Green Propane, a propane gas supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our acquisition of Green Propane and Summit Propane our 40th is a new milestone for EDP.
