Skylark Private Equity completed the acuisition of Optivations.

Skylark Private Equity, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on partnering with entrepreneurs to drive strategic growth, completed the acuisition of Optivations, the digital marketplace manager including fully-integrated multi-channel solutions for brands.
