EQT to acquire a majority stake in Acronis from CVC.

EQT, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Acronis, an IT solutions vendor for managed service providers, from CVC, a private equity and investment advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to have EQT as a major shareholder to support our strategic expansion and share our vision for growth.
