Ista to acquire Chargemaker from Mainova and Dussmann.

Ista, a provider of data-driven products and services for managing energy consumption in buildings, agreed to acquire Chargemaker, a provider of integrated charging solutions, from Mainova, an energy service provider, and Dussmann, a provider of integrated facility management, food services, and technical solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Chargemaker ideally complements our own profile, creating a new, strong center of excellence for charging infrastructure in Germany. The focus will be on the building sector, where we will be able to offer our customers an even broader range of services related to climate-friendly solutions in the future," Hagen Lessing, Ista CEO.
