Ista to acquire Chargemaker from Mainova and Dussmann.

Ista, a provider of data-driven products and services for managing energy consumption in buildings, agreed to acquire Chargemaker, a provider of integrated charging solutions, from Mainova, an energy service provider, and Dussmann, a provider of integrated facility management, food services, and technical solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
