Bestpass completed the acquisition of Drivewyze from Sageview Capital.

Bestpass-Fleetworthy Solutions, a toll management, safety, and compliance solutions services company, completed the acquisition of Drivewyze, an intelligent transportation system service, from Sageview Capital, an American investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
