Exiger, a supply chain and third-party risk AI company, completed the acquisition of XSB, a logistics intelligence solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is in response to a growing number of customers who are eager to bring the power of AI to pain points like depot maintenance, category management, parts obsolescence, parts alternatives, price defensibility, and supply chain optimization, and want to be able to access these capabilities within Exiger's centralized platform.
