Gamut Capital to acquire Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning from NRG Energy.

Gamut Capital, a middle market private equity firm, agreed to acquire Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning, a designer, installer, and maintenance provider for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, from NRG Energy, an energy and home services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Having been part of the Airtron team for over 20 years, we are proud of the progress we’ve achieved to reach this point.
