Pearl Group to acquire Applicon.

Pearl Group, an ERP, CRM, SAP, e-commerce and marketing solutions provider, agreed to acquire Applicon, a fintech company offering high-quality IT solutions for banks and other finance companies in the Nordic region. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is strategically important for Pearl Group. Our ambitions for growth are significant, and we have already moved into the Swedish and Finnish markets since 2020. We also have a presence in Poland and Latvia. Now we are entering the Icelandic market," Geir Thoresen, Pearl Group Chairman and Co-Founder.
