Holcim completed the acquisition of Comacsa and Mixercon.

Holcim, a provider of sustainable construction solutions, completed the acquisition of Comacsa, a producer of industrial minerals, and Mixercon, a provider of cement and ready-mixed concrete. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The incorporation of Comacsa and Mixercon will allow us to generate synergies and develop export markets, thus consolidating our position as a benchmark in the construction sector.
