Pelican Energy completed the acquisition of Electrical Builders Industries.

Pelican Energy, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Electrical Builders Industries, a service provider specializing in solutions for system critical electrical bus duct installation, replacement, and repair. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to the partnership with EBI and its CEO Jessica Netter.
