Almaviva completed the acquisition of Iteris for $335m.

Almaviva, a private Italian digital innovation group, completed the acquisition of Iteris, a technology ecosystem for smart mobility infrastructure management, for $335m. “We are thrilled to join Almaviva’s portfolio of leading digital innovation companies.
