GT Capital, a real estate holding company, Freestone Capital, a wealth advisory and asset management firm, and Evergreen Gavekal, an independent investment advisor, completed the acquisition of Smith Tower and Butler Garage, two historic architectures. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This investment is a testament to our core belief that the future of the City of Seattle, along with the people who live and work here is very bright. Over the past few months, we've witnessed a positive shift in leasing momentum and believe it will continue as business leaders encourage in-person employee collaboration and the City officials prioritize public safety as a critical component to downtown Seattle's recovery," Joe Razore, GT Capital Founding Principal.
