The Heico Companies to acquire a majority stake in The Cargo Control Company.

The Heico Companies, a diverse portfolio of manufacturing, construction & industrial service businesses worldwide, agreed to acquire a majority stake in The Cargo Control Company, a logistics service in Geldermalsen, Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Under Heico, the Company will benefit from increased efficiency, scalability, technology and shared best practices.
