ASI Reisen completed the acquisition of WINDROSE from FTI Group.

ASI Reisen, a travel agency, completed the acquisition of WINDROSE, a luxury tour operator, from FTI Group, a provider of travel arrangement services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted that WINDROSE is now joining our group. We have admired the brand, what it stands for and the standards with which it is managed, from afar for years and hold it in high regard.
