JB Hi-Fi, an Australian consumer electronics retail company, completed the acquisition of e&s, a home retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “e&s have a highly complementary premium product offering, which will appeal to a new customer base, and a commercial construction market focus, making it a strategically compelling addition to the group," Terry Smart, JB Hi-Fi CEO.
