HIG Capital completed the acquisition of Axis Europe.

HIG Capital, a global alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of Axis Europe, a UK provider of property maintenance service. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to join forces with CLC to create a national contractor of scale with great geographical and operational synergies.
