Tilray Brands to acquire four craft beer breweries from Molson Coors Beverage.

Tilray Brands, an American pharmaceutical, cannabis-lifestyle and consumer packaged goods company, agreed to acquire four craft beer breweries including Hop Valley Brewing, Terrapin Beer, Revolver Brewing, and Atwater Brewery from Molson Coors Beverage, a Canadian-American multinational drink and brewing company.
