L Squared Capital-backed Foundant Technologies to merge with SmartSimple Software.

L Squared Capital-backed Foundant Technologies, a provider of mission-critical software solutions for the philanthropic sector, agreed to merge with SmartSimple Software, a cloud-based automation and collaboration software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our vision has always been to empower our clients with the best tools and support to achieve their missions.
