FalconPoint Partners-backed JENNMAR completed the acquisition of concrete blending facility from Wright-Mix.

FalconPoint Partners-backed JENNMAR, a provider of infrastructure products and specialized services to the civil infrastructure, solar, mining, and construction industries, completed the acquisition of concrete blending facility from Wright-Mix, a provider of contract blending and bagging services.
