Mars completed the acquisition of Kellanova for $35.9bn.

Mars, a family-owned, global producer of pet care, snacking and food, completed the acquisition of Kellanova, a company focusing on global snacking, international cereal and noodles, North American plant-based foods and frozen breakfast foods, for $35.9bn. “Today marks a transformative moment and I’m excited to welcome Kellanova to Mars.
