Botas to acquire floating liquefied natural gas terminal from Swan Energy for $399m.

Botas, an oil and natural gas transportation and trade company, agreed to acquire floating liquefied natural gas terminal from Swan Energy, an India-based petrochemicals and textile company, for $399m. The deal which is likely to be completed in six months is subjected to the approval of shareholders and regulators.
