Genesis Energy completed the acquisition of a 127MW solar project from Helios Energy.

Genesis Energy, a New Zealand publicly listed electricity generation and electricity, natural gas and LPG retailing company, completed the acquisition of a 127MW solar project from Helios Energy, a ground-mounted solar project compeny. Financial terms were not disclosed.
