Warburg Pincus completed the acquisition of Service Express from Harvest Partners.

Warburg Pincus, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Service Express, a data center solutions provider specializing in multivendor maintenance, managed infrastructure and hardware services, from Harvest Partners, a private equity firm.
