Gryphon Investors-backed LEARN Behavioral, a provider of evidence-based applied behavior analysis therapy for children with autism and special needs, completed the acquisition of Behavioral Development & Educational Services, a provider of school-based applied behavior analysis therapy. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With similar values and philosophy as LEARN, the addition of BDES will allow all of us to learn from their service delivery model and expand our school-based ABA therapy services throughout Massachusetts and beyond,” Michael Maloney, LEARN Behavioral Founder and CEO.
