Jubilant Pharmova, an integrated global company engaged in pharmaceuticals and drug discovery & development solutions businesses, agreed to invest in the French R&D center of Pierre Fabre, a French pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
