Autosports Group to acquire B S Stillwell Motor Group for A$55m.

Autosports Group, a retailer of prestige and luxury vehicles in Australia, agreed to acquire acquisition of B S Stillwell Motor Group, a prominent automotive dealership group in Victoria, for A$55m. "The Stillwell Motor Group could not be more perfectly aligned to Autosports Group’s luxury brand and major metropolitan market growth strategy," Nick Pagent, Autosports Group CEO.
