ePlus, an American IT assets selling and financing company, completed the acquisition of Bailiwick Services, a managed IT services provider, from Norwest Equity Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Continuing to develop and enhance our Services business is an important part of our growth strategy.
