Just Climate to acquire a minority stake in Continuum Green Energy for $150m.

Just Climate, an investment firm focusing on climate solutions, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Continuum Green Energy, a renewable energy producer and seller, for $150m. “We are excited to have Just Climate join Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners and the founders as a partner of Continuum.
