Bitwise Asset Management completed the acquisition of ETC Group.

Bitwise Asset Management, a crypto index fund manager for individuals, investment managers, and institutions navigating cryptocurrency, completed the acquisition of ETC Group, a provider of secure and regulated platform to invest in digital assets and blockchain ecosystem.
