Alimentation Couche-Tard to acquire GetGo Café + Markets from Giant Eagle.

Alimentation Couche-Tard, an operator of a network of 24-hour convenience stores, agreed to acquire GetGo Café + Markets, an food-first convenience store chain, from Giant Eagle, an American supermarket chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are energized by the potential for both Giant Eagle and GetGo as a result of this transaction.
