Groendyke, a tank truck carrier company, agreed to acquire the tank truck assets from Depot Connect International-backed Linden Bulk Transportation, a company offering logistics operations, from the routine to the most complex and challenging, regardless of cargo size, class, or destination. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to bring the folks at Linden Bulk into the Groendyke family.
