Accelleron to acquire True North Marine.

Accelleron, a provider of turbocharging technologies and optimization solutions, agreed to acquire True North Marine, a consultancy dedicated to assisting bulk vessel operators ensure that their voyages are undertaken in the most safe and cost effective manner. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Digitalization is becoming an increasingly important driver of decarbonization in the marine industry by making it easier to track and report on fuel consumption and emissions. In line with our strategy, we are expanding our digital solutions, and extending our capabilities and footprint through the acquisition of True North Marine in Canada.
